Blue Cave Carbonara

Being single, I eat a lot of fast food and junk food. One dinner I enjoy rather frequently is Blue Cave Carbonara, put out by Nisshin. While it is not exactly a healthy food, there are benefits to it. It cooks (the noodles at least) in seven minutes, and it is filling food. I never end up snacking after eating a good bowl or plate full of carbonara. Other foods leave me unfull, and end up in me eating more than I should. Since I am on a diet, that is a bad outcome. Rice-y dishes are often not filling. Pasta is filling. So at least there’s that.
